11-7-09-A Big Thank You- to Cedar
Crest Biology Club members: Sarah, Alexis, Laura, and Carolyn, who helped feed, water the animals, pick up leaves
around the barn, walk Rocky, the Great Pyr, do ground maintenance for the pastures, and check on the "guinea pigs' & small
animals.
11-3-09-A "Big Thank You" goes out to Bill & Lori Oraschin
from Quakertown, from Harley Hill Farm LLC, Alpacas. Lori help support Bill, who came out to TGMR, and helped
Kathryn worm and trim the hooves of all the alpacas and Stanley, LLama...It was a "big Job", and Bill did an awesome job of
helping "round up" them all and especially Stanley....
11-1-09-The Allentown Halloween Parade-Thanks
to Fred, JoEllen, Hau Lai (Hal), Mia, Dante, Ben, Loretta, Frankie, the girl scouts and their leaders,who helped Randy
& Rascal, Bond & Resolution, Miss Kayla & Rocky, Cecely & JoJo present the therapy animals in "style."
10-29-09-A Grand Thanks and Appreciation-to Adele
& John for holding the "board meeting" at their home and providing the board supporters with delicious
food & drinks, Eileen, Darren, Sylvia, Ben, and Mia & Adele for brainstorming to help the animals at TGMR...
10-25-09-A Big Thank you to Hau Lai, JoEllen, Mia, Dante,
and Ben Gress, who helped in the "6" hour presentation of TGMR at the Walnutport Canal Festival.
Bond Picador, Resolution-alpacas, Samson, the goat, Miss Kayla, Great Pyr, and Pearl & LeRoy Piggy went too! All
you young people did a great job handling the animals, and Ben helped get us there and back home.
10-18-09-A "Big Thank You" to all the people that supported
The Open Gate Farm Tour, Adele, for signing everyone In, Josh & Marc for parking the cars, Darren &
Carolyn for performing the "donkey cart rides", Sylvia & Eileen for delicious soups chili, and educating the public, about
the food, and Eileen for the H1N1 display with Kris helping handle Pearl & LeRoy Piggy, Fred for handling Rocky Gress,
Randy & Corey for doing the "Grill Work", Kelly and Mike for the "bake" sale super items that were "mouthing watering..Marianne
& Jessica for the craft table, Barbara for selling those "blessed raffle tickets", Ben for making up all the delicious
hamburgers, and getting all the food and other items ready for the day. Steve for taking the photos of the day and capturing
the special moments. Thanks to everyone that participated and made this a big success.!!Much Gratitude!!!!

08-21-09 A Big "Thank You" goes out to all the volunteers, all the
staff at Quakertown Vet Clinic, Dr. Arlin Wilburs, who literally, "saved" Randy, goat on the right in this photo. Lisa, his
"vet tech nurse, and all the wonderful people who prayed for Randy. Randy had a kidney stone, calcium carbonate one,
that was released, but then Randy's kidneys began to "shut down." Randy & Rascal (black goat) are only 3 years of
age, and are "Twins". The closest twins you will ever see on this earth...These boy goats teach many people "how to get along.

8/1 Thanks to Carol and Craig Becker who again donated a large rubber
tub for the alpacas and llama. For horse conditioner, gauze and gloves. Carol you are always thing of our animals needs. We

7/31 and 8/1 2009-Thanks to all for a successful fundraiser for
the animals in need. Our sincere appreciation goes out to our team of volunteers who helped at the Barn Yard Sale. Sylvia,
Mia & Dante, Ben Gress, Dr. and Judy Morrison, and to all the people who donated items for the sales.

7/27 thank you to Jeffrey Gress who donated a 'new used', sofa for
the barn. A nice light for the green house, tables and chairs for events, along with a better picnic table and many other
items.

Lehigh University Students, from their "Psychology" course involved in community service
at TGMR. Rocky & Miss Kayla were enjoying all the attention from these students. The students planted flowers,
herbs, tomatoes, and did garden work, along with grooming the horses, goats, donkeys, and lotioning Pearl & LeRoy piggy.

July 19, 2009 A Big Thank You! to Missy for all the items donated, spray bottles,
to work with Stanley in the "structured llama program", cantalope, cucumbers, hand sanitizer, apples, carrots, and all of
your hard work, helping other young people to learn about the animals & the ranch!
July 19, 2009-Thank You to all of you, who have donated food items, helped support
and work to maintain the environment, and care for the animals!
July 18, 2009--A Big "Thanks" to Ben Gress and Darren Still who fixed Kathryn's
car, so she could take some animals to the vet. Thank you, Ben, for taking off of work, so your wife, Kathryn could
take some "therapy animals" to work in family therapy in Bangor, with her intern, Miss Marianne. All the kids, and mothers
and dads thank you Ben!
July 11th, 2009, Great Pyr Success at the "Fun Day for the East Penn Rescue Club/Penn
Dutch Great Pyr Club-Thanks goes out to : Julia, Erica, Lesile, Barbara, Ben Gress, Mia & Donate,
who all helped at this event to make it "fun" for both people & animals!

off Tilgman Street for all the watermelons, honey dews melons, strawberries, pineapple, Romanie salads, tomatoes, and 4 boxes
of other "goodies" for all the animals..

July 1st 2009-"Thanks so Much Adele", who
brought over her sister Sally a 1st grade teacher, who volunteered in the morning to feed the animals,
and do "ground" maintenance. Sally also, did a collection at her school, and with the other teachers, has donated
applesauce, Cheerios, oats,and 2 boxes of "goodies" for the animals.

June 28th, 2009-A "Big Thank You" goes out to Lee
Kolby, her daughter, sons, and friends for donating 14 bales of fresh Rye straw for the bedding,
for TGMR animals. It was very thoughtful, as we needed more straw! Thanks again! KG
04-11-09-A big "Thank You" to Barb, who is
feeding "Forrest" the alpaca, with Miss Molly, who is modeling our "alpaca shield' to prevent being "spit on by the alpacas.
Barb has been volunteering a little over one month, and is very dedicated, kind, and caring to all the animals at the ranch. Thanks
so much, for "supporting" TGMR, and Barb we are "blessed" to have your warm heart, and caring hands, volunteer at our "therapeutic

04-19-09 A Big Thank You--To Miss Julia, and Miss Emily, who
help Kathryn at the Hillside SPCA, Pet Fair, in Hamburg....The pigs, Pearl & Leroy, Miss Kayla, and Ratchet "Wow"ed the
crowd, the return was small, however,the girls did a great job promoting the "therapy animals and had fun!!
04-24-09 A Big Thank You--To Adele Fagan! Adele, Darren, and
Sylvia, helped at the ranch, and then Adele, brought over for an "afternoon lunch" with delicious vegetarian foods,
and Zita, broccoli, and wonderful breads of all kinds, along a cooler of quenching "drinks" for Sylvia, Darren, and Kathryn
to enjoy. Darren also, brought a hoagie for the occasion, while Kathryn made "Spice" cake and had 98% fat free fruit
sherbet as dessert. A good time was had by all!!!!
04-28-09 Thank You! Sylvia Merkel for helping with Rocky,
Miss Kayla, and Smokey, who visited the members at DayBreak program, with the "lifeskills" presentation. It went very
well, and Sylvia, was a tremendous help, and we had fun!
03-22-09, A Big "Thank You" to 18 people who volunteered to help
with the therapy animals at the St. Patrick's Day Parade. Also, 10 animals-Bond, Resolution, (who made it on the front
page of the Morning Call newspaper-the next day), Rocky, Miss Kayla, Randy, Rascal, Pearl & LeRoy Piggy,Cecely & JoJo.
Thanks to Adele, friend, Margie(new volunteer), Jessica, Jen, C.J., Carla and daughters, Mary and Julie, Julia, & Emily,
Loretta & Frankie, Fred & new volunteers-girl scout troop, Kamila, Darren & Casey, and Ben Gress! Super Job!!!

A Big "Thank You" to Sylvia, Adele,Julia, Emily, Ashleah, Darren, Shawn, Barbara, Bill & Orlanda, who helped out
with all the animals care, feeding, ground maintenance, so Mr. & Mrs. Gress could go with Bond & Resolution (Alpacas)
to Brent Kline Baade-"Eagle Scout Court of Honor". Brent was elevated to rank of Eagle Scout and his project the "Alpaca Palace"
was built at TGMR. Thank you to BSA Troop 72 for a "wonderful" presentation and buffet dinner for the Mr. & Mrs. Gress.

03-27-09 "Thank You" to Tanya Emkey from Nutramax, who donated several
bottles of regular & double strength cosequin, several bottles of Welactin (3) canine with Omega 3 for Miss Kayla...Miss
Kayla, is having much more difficulty with walking! Kayla is improving more with all these medications from "Tanya"
at Nutrama! TGMR therapy animals will be featured on their website soon, http://www.nutramaxtabs.com

03-21-09 A Big "Thank You" to Polly Van Hall telling "Moe" the leader
of "The Large FlowerHeads" band to give free tickets and a drink to Mr. & Mrs. Gress. The Gress's were able to "slow
dance" for the first time in 5 years! We had a wonderful time, Thank you Moe & Polly!

03-17-09-Wow! Thank you to Sylvia Merkel for the after "birthday"
present for Kathryn Gress! IT was the best present ever-"Elizabeth" from Poland, came To TGMR and cleaned the first
floor of the Gress's home for 4 1/2 hours! Great present-Thanks so much Sylvia!

03-13-09 A Big "Thank You" to Miss Polly Van Hall, who created the Celebration of Ben's Life
poster, for Kathryn and Ben and helped honor my father-in-law, Ben's dad, in his wonderful work
of Crime Watch and helped share Ben's legacy with others. A truly thoughtful, generous, and touching moment in our lives....

03-13-& 14--09 --A Big "Thank You", to Darren Still, Adele Fagan, Miss Molly and Molly's
mother, Colleen, who fed all the therapy animals, while Mr. & Mrs. Gress, were involved with the funeral arrangements
of Ben's dad, Ben Gress, Sr. You folks did an awesome job, feeding, watering, ground maintenance, and walking the dogs.
All the animals were very happy, and "smiling" when the Gresses got home..You are all so special to us!!!!!

feed" from Ross Mill Farms. Thanks for your support and encouraging words, and for bringing "Anthony-Tony" to see the animals
and have a field trip here at TGMR. Tony was jumping in the air for joy, after eating Miss Kathryn's brownies, and all
the alpacas watched in "surprise

01-03-09-A "Big Thank You" goes out to Sharon Heminitz for donating 8 bales of nice" yellow straw"
for the piggies bedding, and 8 bales of cedar shavings for the horses stalls! That helps the animals bedding in this
winter weather be clean and warm.
01-13-09- "Thanks so much!" to Amelia's Grocery in Allentown, for donating all the fruits, vegetables,
and produce for all the animals at TGMR. The animals are eating everything and enjoying it all down to the last bite!
